Liveblogging Sharks and Wings G4

**Yup it's true I will be liveblogging the game tonight for Dave at work**

FIRST PERIOD

Ok so I just got home there is 8:00 remaining in the first period and San Jose is on the power play.

But here's what I have missed so far...Zetterberg got a tripping penalty and Franzen took a holding penalty. And, Holmstrom is in fact back.

6:20 Both teams are skating, passing, and hitting very well.

Commercial break...goodness I just got home from work and was trying to get all caught up. Shots are 8-4 Wings. And, a penalty will be called when they get back.

4:40 Cheechoo takes a penalty so Wings go on the power play for the first time tonight.

3:43 Wings seem to be having a hard time getting anything going.

3:10 Nabby just made an amazing save on Zetterberg....and the Sharks were able to kill off the penalty still no score.

I love Chelios...I know you think he is old but they just highlighted one of his shifts he battled in the corner then play went down to the other end and there was a 2 on 1 and he goes back to save the day oh it was Chelios! So there ya go...that should make up for all my Sharks love.

10 minutes until coverage starts. I am pissed that my Marty lost on a flukey goal that really should have been an interference call. I love Lou! He has to be one of the smartest men in the game. So I have been slacking on the posts however tonight I will ve liveblogging the Sharks and Wings game tonight...so tell your friends. Right, now I'm watching the Sens and Devils game. Can I tell you how much I want Scott Gomez on my team?! Thankfully he will be a UFA on July 1st so let's hope we get him...or some top line center...because I think that we're going to keeps Fedorov on defense...but I don't really know. It's all up to Hitch. Still no word on a new GM. I will keep you posted.

OK, so for the much awaited Draft post. *This isn't going to be much really!* I live about an hour and a half from Columbus where the draft is taking place. So, I am coming up Thursday after work and getting a hotel kind of out of town that way I don't have to deal with staying in town and I think it's cheaper. But, I mean whatever. I am hoping to hang out with some fellow bloggers so if you're going let me know and we will get together for dinner or something. i am not sure how the draft works. So maybe someone should explain it to me but uhm...I will have my car up there. Anyway. that's all keep a look out for the liveblog tonight!

PREGAME: Freakin announcer guys drive me nuts!!
I still love playoff hockey and really these 2 teams are great...and it sucks that one of the teams have to go. And, it really is a shame that it will be the Preds...haha. I am really excited to seee what the Sharks do to Hartnell with what happened to Cheech. But, apparently he skated today so maybe he will be back?? Vince and Amy singing the National Anthem...thats sweet...CHEECH IS BACK!!!!!

FIRST PERIOD

19:22 Goc just took a BIG hit. I think I felt it. Guerin and Fiddler were jabbin everybody and they got 2 minutes for unsportsman like conduct.

18:18 Sharks had too many men on the ice...good job guys gosh. Refs will make me angry...it's a 4 on 3

15:16 Bernier is down...I hope he is ok...Radulov hit him pretty good. They are getting the stretcher out. I really hope he's alright. They aren't using the stretcher Joe and somebody else are helpin him off. This is going to be a brutal period. I think Radulov kind of hit from behind. And Radulov got 5 minutes from hitting from behind and a game misconduct. He deserves it. You don't like seeing players get hurt.

20:00 Alright so to start off the third period Grier and Weber each are taking roughing penalties. So I checked the NHL thingy and they took away the penalty to Weber...and Sharks were able to kill off their penalty.

Well there was a huge fight Hartnell took on Grier...uhm...Tootoo took on Clowe...and Smithson fell on someone. And the game is still not over. They are still trying to sort out penalties. Trotz is lookin annoyed...I think there is like 32 seconds left.

Sp apparently I was wrong 59.3 seconds left. Nashville is going to end on the powerplay. Goodness what a game.

The series is now even 1-1.

So I took the day off to get some things in my life back together and will be posting my blog about my with the press...and tonight I will be liveblogging the San Jose vs. Nashville game tonight...and if I get distracted I will liveblog that draws me in. And, I'm hoping it won't be the Dallas vs. Vancouver game...it kept me up too late the other night haha. Alright....and sorry HG I was cheering for the Flames :(

Since I have been sick I haven't been posting at all and soooo much has happened with the Blue Jackets...I can't believe it...but before I get to that I'm going to be watching the Ducks vs LA game. These games always prove to be pretty good so I am assuming this one won't be any different.
