What do you expect from a Bank that uses "5th/3rd" as a monkier. What is that? 1.666? shouldn't it be "five-thirds"? Do they even know math there?
you are right. I am in the process of getting out of there. The upper management especially sucks. It's all about nickle and diming the customer. In others words, screwing them over!!!!
